The company had tripled in size in two years, and its leaders barely knew each other. The brief: three days to build trust, agree priorities and come home as one team.
The idea
Base camp. We bought out a mountain lodge, took away the conference room and moved the work outdoors, with facilitated sessions on terraces and trails and every evening around one long table.
The details
We handled flights, transfers, rooms and dietary needs for 140 guests, then built the agenda around the light: strategy in the morning, experiences in the afternoon and a sunrise hike on the last day with breakfast waiting at the top.
